Cookie Policy
Last updated November 8, 2026.
1In short
The site itself sets no cookie. The only cookies are those of the Meta Pixel, and they appear only after a click on Accept. Refusing is as simple as accepting, and it changes nothing on the site.
2What the site keeps in the browser
These notes stay in the browser and reach no one. They need no consent, because the site needs them to do what was asked.
- consent.v2

- intro.vue

The answers to the Skin Diagnostic are kept in none of these. They live in the memory of the open page.

4What the site does not use
The site has no statistics tool, no session recording, no third-party chat and no third-party video. It sends no video viewing event to anyone. The house sends no text messages. Klaviyo, which delivers the letters, has no script on this site and sets no cookie here.
5In the letters
Each letter carries a tracking pixel, a small invisible image that shows when it is opened. The box ticked on joining the list covers it, and the Privacy Policy describes it. Leaving the list ends it, in one click.
6Changing a choice
Your Privacy Choices changes the choice at any time, and it removes the Meta cookies on a refusal. A choice lasts six months, and the site then asks again.
A Global Privacy Control signal from the browser counts as a refusal.
