Skin and menopause
Is this a hormone product?OpenClose
These are cosmetics. No cosmetic, ours included, changes hormones.
I’m 46 and still have periods. Is this for me?OpenClose
These formulas suit skin that has turned drier or more reactive. Without those signs, there is no hurry.
I could still be pregnant. Can I use Le Sérum?OpenClose
Le Sérum is not for use if pregnancy is possible, because retinoids are not recommended in pregnancy. A doctor can advise on La Crème.
Where do my diagnostic answers go?OpenClose
They stay in the browser. The result is calculated there, and no answer is stored, sent to a server, linked to an email or passed to Meta.
Use
Will it sting?OpenClose
It should not. Le Sérum begins every other evening for the first two weeks, so that skin has time to adapt. If stinging lasts, stop using it and write to maison@vauzel.com.
I use a prescription retinoid. Can I add Le Sérum?OpenClose
Le Sérum stays out of that routine. La Crème can be used, and a prescriber can advise.
Do I still need sunscreen?OpenClose
A broad-spectrum sunscreen belongs to every morning, because neither product contains SPF.
What if my skin reacts?OpenClose
Stop using the product and write to maison@vauzel.com. In a severe case, see a doctor first.
The formulas
Do you test on animals?OpenClose
Europe has banned the testing of cosmetics on animals since 2009, and the sale of cosmetics tested on animals since 2013. Our formulas and finished products are never tested on animals.
The list and orders
What is the first edition?OpenClose
The first edition is limited to 1,000 numbered Duo sets. Each one will carry a number, given when the email is confirmed, in order of confirmation.
What happens to a number that is not claimed?OpenClose
Founding members order their numbered Duo first, for 7 days before the house opens to everyone. Numbers left unclaimed pass to the next on the list.
Do I pay anything now?OpenClose
Joining the list is free, with no obligation to buy. It asks for a first name and an email. A mobile number is optional, for a text when the priority opens.
How much will Le Duo cost?OpenClose
Founding members will learn the price before anyone else, ahead of the opening.
How does the guarantee work?OpenClose
It lasts 90 days from delivery, on a first order only. One email brings a full refund, and nothing needs to be sent back.
Why are there no reviews?OpenClose
Nobody has used the formulas yet, and the house invents nothing. Founding members will write the first reviews, and every review will be published, whatever it says.
When will they be available?OpenClose
The house opens in Spring 2027, and founding members hear first.
Can I cancel the subscription?OpenClose
A delivery can be skipped and the subscription cancelled in one click.
