1The promise
The first order is guaranteed for 90 days from delivery. The refund is complete, and nothing needs to be sent back.
2What it covers
The first order only, whether once or by subscription. Later deliveries fall outside it.
3How to use it
- The request
- One email to maison@vauzel.com, within 90 days of delivery, with the order number and the email used for the order.
- The answer
- A person answers within 2 business days. No reason is required.
- The refund
- It goes to the original payment method.
- The product
- It stays with the customer.
4If skin reacts
Stop using the product and write to the house. In a severe case, see a doctor first. On a first order, the guarantee applies.
5What the law adds
This guarantee adds to the rights that the law gives a consumer, and it takes none away.
