1Where and how

Where the house delivers, in how many days and at what cost: all of it is set out here before the house opens.

2If an order is late

The house ships within the time stated when the order is placed. Where no time is stated, it ships within 30 days.

If an order cannot leave in that time, the house writes before the date has passed. It gives a new date and offers a choice: to wait, or to cancel for a full refund. The refund goes to the original payment method, within seven working days of the cancellation.

3A broken or missing parcel

Write to maison@vauzel.com about a broken or missing parcel, and the house will put it right.

4Returns

A first order carries the 90-day Guarantee, with a full refund and nothing to send back.

5Subscriptions

A delivery can be skipped and a subscription cancelled online at any time before the next delivery, as simply as it was begun. No phone call is needed.
